چکیده
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the role income inequality, per capita renewable and non-renewable energy consumption, on poverty reduction in BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) countries over period between 1991–2019. This used second-generation panel data methodologies taking into account cross-dependence countries, which gives more accurate results. outcomes ARDL unveiled that while an increase inequality consumption increases poverty, growth decreases poverty. Based findings, policymakers should focus their efforts developing appropriate strategy highlights necessity a energy-driven economy powered by energy-saving technologies.

متن کاملEnergy Efficient Optical Networks with Minimized Non-Renewable Power Consumption
Recent studies have shown that the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry is responsible for about 2% of the global emission of CO2 and this percentage is expected to increase as the internet expands in bandwidth and reach. In this paper we propose a hybrid-power IP over WDM network where renewable energy is used to reduce the CO2 emission of IP overWDM networks. ALinear Progra...
متن کاملAnalysis of the simultaneous effects of renewable energy consumption and GDP, using Dynamic Panel Data
In the recent years, renewable energy sources are an important component of world energy consumption. GDP is one of the main measures of a country’s economic activity. Most of the studies examine the impact of renewable energy consumption on GDP with single equation model and the others use dynamic panel data. Since the Granger causality analysis’s findings of this paper establish bidirectional...
